Maya Ritter — Principal Agent & Founder
Maya brings over a decade of industry experience, beginning her career as a principal actor at age 10 before transitioning into talent representation in her mid-20s. That foundation gave her a deep understanding of the industry from the inside, and the process an actor goes through from start to finish.
She trained under respected agent Teri Ritter, her mother and her mentor, where she developed a strong foundation in client management, and long-term career growth. Maya operates with a dual perspective: she understands actors from experience and represents them with strategic clarity. Her focus is to build sustainable, long-term careers. She works closely with her clients to refine positioning, create strategic momentum, and maintain a high professional standard. Her relationships with casting are built on credibility, experience, and trust.
Maya represents actors in film, television, voice over and commercial. She takes a hands-on, responsive approach, developing talent with commitment and trust.
